Goode Partners and Lion Capital Acquire AllSaints Spitalfields

Goode Partners LLC and Lion Capital LLP have completed the acquisition of AllSaints Spitalfields (“AllSaints”). Founded in 1994, AllSaints is a leading international, design-driven retailer of fashion apparel and accessories. Since the opening of its first store in London, the company has grown rapidly and today has 62 shops and 45 concessions across the UK, US and Europe. It has also developed a highly successful and award-winning website driving substantial internet sales. In its most recent financial year the company had revenues of over £200 million.
