Paula G. Semelmacher is the Chief Financial Officer of Goode and is a Certified Public Accountant. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Taxation from New York University Stern School of Business. Ms. Semelmacher started her career working for Marks Paneth and Shron, LLP. During her time at Marks Paneth and Shron she was Senior Audit Manager and worked on engagements in the retail and financial services sectors. Ms. Semelmacher then moved on to spend twelve years as Vice President – Finance for Galen Partners, a private equity firm with approximately $1 billion under management that specializes in the healthcare industry. Ms. Semelmacher left Galen in June 2007 to join Goode.
John Cafarelli is a Vice President of Goode. Before joining Goode Partners, Mr. Cafarelli was an Associate at Heartland Industrial Partners, a $1.5 billion industrial-focused private equity firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Prior to working at Heartland, Mr. Cafarelli worked as an Analyst in the Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for several Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Cafarelli is a graduate of Georgetown University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.
Alex Goldscher is an Associate of Goode. Before joining Goode Partners, Mr. Goldscher worked as an Analyst in the Consumer and Retail Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo Securities in Charlotte, NC where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for a number of middle market and Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Goldscher is a graduate of Washington and Lee University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Michael Stanley is a Vice President of Goode. Before joining Goode Partners, Mr. Stanley worked as an Analyst in the Consumer and Retail Investment Banking Group at Wachovia Securities in Charlotte, NC where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for a number of middle market and private equity clients.
Mr. Stanley currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Chuy's and Rosa Mexicano and is a board observer of Strike Holdings.
Mr. Stanley is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Michele Luxenberg is the Marketing Director and an Executive Assistant of Goode. Before joining Goode Partners, Ms. Luxenberg worked as an Executive Assistant & Event Planner at Investcorp International Inc., a private equity firm based in New York City. Prior to working at Investcorp, Ms. Luxenberg worked as a Coordinator at Bear, Stearns & Co. in the High Yield Capital Markets Group in which she planned various corporate events and roadshows.
Andres Rodriguez is the Accounting Manager of Goode. Before joining Goode Partners, Mr. Rodriguez was staff accountant with Smith Management LLC, a diversified investment company in New York City.
Prior to working at Smith Management, Mr. Rodriguez worked as a production analyst for the Controllers' Group of American International Group. Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of Baruch College of the City University of New York where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting.
Reyna Posada is the Office Manager and an Administrative Assistant of Goode. Before joining Goode Partners, Ms. Posada worked as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager for Prudential Douglas Elliman Realty in New York. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at Nassau Community College.
