Michael Blitzer has over 35 years of operating, retail and wholesale experience. Mr. Blitzer spent more than 20 years of his career at Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation in various executive merchandising positions in women’s and menswear, accessories and footwear. He served as Vice Chairman of the Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation from September 1997 until he retired in November 2002. Since 2002, Mr. Blitzer has worked with a variety of apparel and accessories companies, including Neiman Marcus Group, where he served on the Board of Directors of Kate Spade, LLC assisting in the turnaround and eventual sale of the company to Liz Claiborne. Following the sale, he helped Liz Claiborne identify and recruit Kate Spade’s new management team. From September 2003 through January 2006, he was a member of the board of directors of LeSportsac Inc. and was responsible for managing the business and the successful turnaround and ultimate sale of the company. Mr. Blitzer currently serves on the boards of directors of Kenneth Cole Productions, Modell’s Sporting Goods and Intermix.
Lynn Welsh Emmolo has 25 years of experience in the beauty industry developing successful global brands, restructuring existing business models to drive operating efficiencies and leading an entrepreneurial startup. Starting her career at L'Oreal, she spent 14 years building L'Oreal Cosmetics into a top 3 mass market beauty brand. Joining Avon in 1993, she advanced her responsibilities to Sr. Vice President of Global Marketing and a Corporate Operating Committee member where she spearheaded the development of Avon's global brand strategy evolving the business from a highly decentralized product portfolio to a focused global brand marketer achieving consistent year on year double digit growth. From 2000, she led a joint venture startup between Limited brands and Shiseido in specialty retail. Ms. Welsh Emmolo has furthered her career in startups as a consultant on business development. She earned a BA in Marketing and International Business from New York University and is currently a member of the Advisory Board for the Hartford Foundation of Geriatric Nursing, the Alumni Committee for NYU Stern School of Business and a Founding Member and Chair of the Programming Committee of NYU Stern Women's Alumnae Council.
Chris has been an integral member of the leadership team at Forever 21 Inc. for the past nine years. His most recent role as Senior Vice President allowed him to successfully guide Forever 21’s growth and direction. During his time with the company, Mr. Lee has been responsible for various strategic initiatives including real estate/store development, strategic partner development and overall strategy development and implementation and has been a key contributor to Forever 21’s impressive growth story. Since 2000, Forever 21 has grown from 85 stores to over 420 stores in 2008 (from 525,000 square feet to over 4,300,000 square feet) with annual revenue growing to nearly $2 billion from $187 million. Since 2004, Mr. Lee has led M&A activities resulting in the acquisition of over 200 stores and his efforts have helped bring EBITDA from $22 million in 2000 to over $250 million in 2008. Mr. Lee was recently appointed to the Industrial Development Authority for the City of Los Angeles.
Randall has over 27 years experience in the retail food industry. He is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Randalls Food Markets, Inc., a $2.7 billion Houston-based supermarket chain with stores operating under the banners of “Randalls” in Houston and Austin, and “Tom Thumb” and “Simon David” in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Mr. Onstead began his career with Randalls in 1978, holding various management positions and was named Chief Executive Officer in 1996. In 1997, Mr. Onstead initiated the sale of Randalls to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. while retaining a significant equity position, and in 1999, he helped lead the transaction that resulted in Safeway buying all the equity of Randalls Food Markets, Inc. Mr. Onstead then became a Managing Director of Chapman Partners, L.L.C., a private investment-banking firm based in Chicago, IL, and became President of Onstead Investments, L.P. Later he became President and CEO of Garden Ridge Corp, a Houston-based crafts and décor retailer with 44 stores in 13 states, and more recently was President of Dominick’s Finer Foods, based in Oak Brook, IL and CEO of Bi-Lo Food Stores, based in Greenville, SC. He is currently the founding Principal of Lone Star Retail Partners, LLC, a retail consulting and advisory firm.
Clint Shackelford

Clint Shackelford has more than 17 years of experience working in multi-unit restaurant companies. From 1988 through 1995, he served as Vice President of Red Line Burgers, Inc. During his time at Red Line, the Company expanded from one to 86 restaurants across five different concepts, including two concepts developed from scratch. From 1995 through 2004, Mr. Shackelford served as CFO and interim CEO of Souper Salad, Inc. Among other responsibilities, he helped plan and manage the chain’s expansion from 38 to 135 company-owned stores, developed the entire “back-office” infrastructure, sourced and managed several acquisitions, managed the periodic closure and disposition of underperforming outlets and negotiated a restructuring of the Company’s entire capital structure.
